Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Mehdi Meghenine, practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine and wellness massage, and his clients. They apply to all services offered by the practitioner, unless expressly agreed otherwise between the parties.

2. Services provided

The services offered include, but are not limited to:

  • Sessions of traditional Chinese medicine.
  • Wellness massages.

Each service is performed by a qualified and certified practitioner, in compliance with rules of professional ethics.

3. Booking appointments

Appointments can be booked by phone, by email or through the Treatwell online booking system.

An appointment confirmation will be sent to the client.

In case of unavailability, the client is asked to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Rates

Service rates are displayed on the website (where applicable), communicated upon request, or on the Treatwell online booking site.

Rates may be revised periodically. The applicable rate is the one in force at the time of booking.

Traditional Chinese medicine and wellness massage sessions are not reimbursed by the French National Health Insurance (Sécurité Sociale), except under specific provisions (health insurance plans, etc.).

5. Payment

Payment is made at the end of each session, by cash, bank card (with a €1 bank fee) or cheque.

No session will be performed without prior payment, except by written agreement between the parties.

6. Cancellation or lateness

Any cancellation or modification of an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a charge of 50% of the session amount may apply.

If the client arrives late, the session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.

7. Session procedure

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about their state of health.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse a session if the client's state of health poses a risk to their safety or that of the practitioner.

The client may interrupt the session at any time if they feel uncomfortable or in case of pain.

8. Liability

The practitioner declines all liability in the event of failure to follow the advice given or the recommendations provided during or after the session.

The services offered do not replace medical follow-up or treatment prescribed by a doctor.

9. Confidentiality

The practitioner undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal and medical information communicated by the client.

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation service. The chosen mediation entity is: CNPM – MEDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION. 11. Acceptance of the Terms

Booking an appointment and attending a session implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Changes to the Terms

The practitioner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The new terms will apply as soon as they are published online or communicated to clients.
