What happens during an Amma massage?
The space needs to be calm and comfortably temperate (air conditioning in summer, heating in winter) for the massage to take place in good conditions.
I bring all the equipment needed: an ergonomic chair, single-use headrests and hygiene supplies.
The massage lasts 15 to 20 minutes and brings immediate relief.
The person receiving the massage remains fully clothed: no need to undress.
